The warranty terms are subject to modification without prior notice.

This limited warranty is the exclusive remedy, provided in place of all other warranties, whether expressed or implied. Lumina Lighting Inc shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or punitive damages arising from the purchase of this product. The limited warranty excludes misuse, unauthorized modifications, and external causes such as acts of nature. Normal wear and tear, as well as damage to any other product used in connection with this product, are not covered.

This warranty does not apply to damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, or modification of the product. It specifically excludes scratching or surface damage due to misuse. Lumina Lighting Inc will, free of charge, repair or replace any part proven defective in material and/or workmanship during the applicable warranty period under normal installation, use, and service. If repair or replacement is not practical, Lumina Lighting Inc may choose to refund the purchase price upon the return of the damaged product.

It's important to note that the refund warranty does not cover all missed small pieces for our items. Refunds will be processed within one day after the receipt of the returned original items. No warranty is provided for missed small pieces for 60 days after the order date. Any labor charges incurred by the purchaser for repair, replacement, installation, or removal of this product are not covered by this warranty.

Not covered by this warranty are any labor charges for repair, replacement, installation, or removal of the product. The warranty also excludes items that have received partial refunds. Lumina Lighting Inc shall not be liable for any damage to the product resulting from reasonable wear and tear, misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper or incorrectly performed installations, maintenance, or repairs. This includes failure to follow the applicable care and cleaning instructions. Lumina Lighting Inc recommends using a professional for all installation and repairs, genuine Lumina Lighting Inc replacement parts are also recommended.

Proof of purchase (original sales receipt) must be provided for all warranty claims. Parts and finishes (excluding electronic parts and batteries) are warranted to the original consumer purchaser for as long as they own the home in which the product was first installed, or one year for commercial purposes from the date of purchase. Electronic parts are warranted for one year from the date of purchase for both residential and commercial purposes (exclusions may apply).

Lumina Lighting Inc will repair or replace, free of charge, during the applicable warranty period, any part or finish proving defective under normal installation, use, and service. If repair or replacement is impractical, a refund may be offered in exchange for the return of the product.
