How to Return an Item:

Important -- packages without an RMA# will be refused. 

Call us at 909-622-6688 to obtain an RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization Number) and discuss options for returning the item(s). Refunds and Warranty Exchanges are typically processed within one (1) business day upon receiving returned or defective items.


Return and Refund Policy


For new products: If you are dissatisfied with any product for any reason, please contact us for a refund and return instructions at (909) 622-6688. We do not charge restocking fees. The item must be new and unused, returned in its original packaging with all contents within 30 days of receipt. Both the product and packaging must be entirely new and unused, ensuring the product's resale without any doubts about its integrity. The product should not have been previously installed. An original receipt is not necessary; we will verify the purchase in our system. Once we receive the item, we will refund the cost of the item(s). Please note that shipping to and from is not refunded.


Used products: Once a product has been used, it can only be returned if it is found to be defective and falls under the manufacturer's warranty. Defective merchandise follows the warranty policies specified by the manufacturer of that item. For defective items, Lumina Lighting Inc will cover the cost of return shipping and the shipping of the replacement item(s). To initiate the return process, contact one of our Lumina Lighting Inc Certified Lighting Experts to obtain an RMA # (Return Authorization Number). Send the product back, and upon receiving it, we will test and verify its defectiveness. If confirmed as defective, we will dispatch a replacement within 48 hours. To expedite the replacement process, you have the option to purchase a new replacement item, which will be sent out the same day (exclusions may apply). Upon receiving the defective product back, we will credit your credit card for the purchase amount. For detailed manufacturer warranty information, please refer to our terms and conditions section or the specific warranty policy of the manufacturer.


Bulbs/ Lamps: Products that have been used will not be accepted for return and refund, except for cases involving warranty exchanges.


Responsibilities and Conditions: The customer is responsible for inspecting the order for missing or damaged products upon receipt. They have a 7-day window after receiving the order to check for damages or errors and report them to Lumina Lighting Inc. In such cases, we will arrange for replacements or exchanges, and the shipping costs for the replacement/exchanged products will be covered by Lumina Lighting Inc.
